Located in Calgary’s inner northwest, this modern 3-plex infill showcases efficient design and precise structural framing on a tight urban site. Each unit features open-concept layouts, tall ceilings, and large window openings to maximize natural light and livable space.

Carpenters Inc. is managing the full framing scope — from engineered floor systems and bearing walls to the complex roof structure tying all three units together. Tight access, zero-lot-line setbacks, and interior firewall integration required detailed coordination between trades to maintain schedule and quality.
