Located in one of Calgary’s most desirable neighborhoods, the site presents the challenges typical of tight-access inner-city construction — limited lay-down space, complex excavation, and heavy concrete work. Carpenters Inc. coordinated every phase from forming through framing to deliver accuracy, efficiency, and safety on schedule.

• Roof framing, window openings, and site-specific tie-ins
• Full framing package through to lock-up

Carpenters Inc. is managing the full framing scope — from engineered floor systems and bearing walls to the complex roof structure tying all three units together. Tight access, zero-lot-line setbacks, and interior firewall integration required detailed coordination between trades to maintain schedule and quality.
